The island of Principe is a green oasis with some stunning beaches and the interior is extremely rich in flora and fauna. Principe has some amazing beaches. Praia Banana was the setting for the Bacardi Rum advert and is the same colour and shape as a Banana.

The island of Sao Tome has rich flora and fauna, and stunning beaches, the capital, Sao Tome City, is a historical, laid back town, with pastel painted colonial houses, pretty churches and a lively market area.

The tiny islet of Rolas is a fantastic place for relaxation and scuba diving. It is dissected by the equator, you can visit the equator mark and experience the exotic views. The whole island only takes a leisurely 2 hours to walk its circumference under the shaded palm trees, taking in the stunning beaches and greenery
